Returns & Exchanges

Willy Chavarria accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached and items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
